This session, designed as a game, intends to bring to the forefront reflections on a question that Aapti has perpetually encountered through our year-long inquiry on communities - 'How do we build active, vibrant and sustainable communities around DPGs?'
In this game, participants step into the shoes of diverse stakeholders in this role-playing game leveraging their skills of tactic and negotiation. They explore underlying motives and balance competing interests to navigate challenges. They understand complex power dynamics and use tactical decision making to learn how perceptions shape outcomes, and participation drives effective community building.
