In this session we will review the DHIS2 core team toolkit. This toolkit includes a learning needs assessment, capacity building planning template, tools to identify material that can support filling skill gaps and tools to help you build training material.
This toolkit is meant to support organizations in the identification of both human resource and learning gaps, and provides tools to address these challenges over a sustained period of time. The theme of this session is reframing how DHIS2 skill building is thought of - with more focus on specialization, long-term capacity building planning and identification of necessary baseline skills to strengthen the local ownership of DHIS2 systems.
