Using a "Strategy, Evidence, and Success" process, PATH and the WHO-WMO Joint Programme on Climate and Health will lead workshop participants in sharing their experiences related to integrating climate-informed health data and information services. This activity includes individual reflection, paired discussions, and group interviews to identify key factors that contribute to successful outcomes, while also identifying challenges that may need to be addressed holistically for integrated climate and health data to be shared and scaled. Participants will synthesize findings to recommend principles, approaches, tools, and practices for future climate-informed health data and information services.
Session participants will review PATH's draft of an updated Global Goods Guidebook inclusive of open-source climate and health tools and provide feedback on the Guide's finalization to be most impactful when adapted to different countries and contexts. This session will allow users to explore the updated interface, click through approved global goods for climate and health, and provide feedback on the initial draft for publication in September 2025.
In this participatory session, you will be able to:
- explore the Global Goods Guidebook for Climate and Health -a practical, curated compendium of open-source software, services, and digital content supporting decision-making for climate-informed health systems around the world.
- share your insights from working to integrate climate- and health data and information services to help shape the future of the Global Goods Guidebook for Climate and Health.
Don't miss this opportunity to connect, collaborate, and contribute to a growing global movement at the intersection of digital innovation, health, and climate resilience.
