At a time whan global development aid budgets are shrinking, and governments in LMICs are forced to do more with less, many stakeholders have started to ask what the "return on investment" is for supporting local DHIS2 implementations and the core DHIS2 platform. In this session, we will share some examples of approaches to quantifying the costs and benefits of DHIS2, and open it up for discussion and input.
